Shipping Information
Unless otherwise specified, shipping is free within the Continental U.S. International shipping in most cases will have an additional fee. This additional fee will typically represent half of the additional cost of shipping, with PARTAY! absorbing a portion of the additional international shipping costs.
Currently, and this may be subject to change as we evolve, order shipping is within 48 hours of time of order. Tracking information will be provided post-shipping, so that you can be sure it is physically in the carriers hand. You should receive an email with your associated tracking number on either the Thursday or Friday following your order. If you do not, please reach out to us via email (button below) and we will respond as soon as possible. We have taken action to standardize our shipping speed over time, but PARTAY! is a small boutique shop, so we appreciate your patience.
Cancellations
We no longer accept cancellations, unless received within 24 hours of your original order time for the order you are looking to cancel.
Returns & Exchanges
PARTAY! does not accept returns, except in situations where PARTAY! is at fault. For example, if PARTAY! ships you the wrong product, we will happily replace your order with the correct product, once we validate the order details. We want you to have a great purchase experience, but if you do not receive what you purchased, please contact us via email (email button below) for assistance and instructions.
